Message before windows Logon

Here's tips to to display text message warning before windows Logon.

maybe this is will be useful if you want to give a message to new users about the uses of computer. And you can create this banner message using the windows registry editor.

Ok, go to Start menu and click - Start - Run - then type "regedit" and press Enter for next.

Within Registry Editor windows , go to / select : HKeyLocalMachine\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\WinLogon


Here, look at right-side panel, double click on the key LegalNoticeCaption and give it a value you want to see in the menu bar. For example “hello, welcome to my pc”.

Once again at right-side panel, double click on the key called LegalNoticeText and change the value you want to see in the dialog box. For example “Oke, you may not succeed later when trying to logon without a password.”

Then close the registry editor and restart your pc to take effect...
